Thandi Thandi Mango Rabri... :)


Hey...

This is my first blog and lets start it wid a yummy.. sweet dish :).....

It is a simple recipe... This is best suited bcoz one of  its ingredient is the most loved amongst kids and adults :) in the hot hot summers... :(  Any guesses ???? :) ....
Lemme give you some clues... its a fruit .. :)
Yessss... Absolutely.. Correct... Its ... Mangooo :)
Ok... So now... the name of the dish is Mango Rabri :)... It is yummmmmmyyy....

And the Ingredients are :

Mangoes : 500 gm ( One big bowl of mango pulp in below picture)
Milk 1 kg ( Already Thicken in below picture )
Dry fruits finely chopped 2 Tablespoons
Tutty Fruity 3-4 Tablespoons,
Sugar (as per taste)....





Thats it :).. Okk now.. preparation time : 1 hr 30 mins...

Firstly , Keep the milk to boil on gas stove in a non stick kadhai on medium gas and keep stirring it. By the time milk is boiling squeeze the pulp out of the mangoes. Any mangoes can be used but Badaam or Alfonso is best :) Or we can say, any mango wid color , fragrance and sweetness all are good...  


Grlzz please dnt forget ur boiling milk.. Until only half of the milk is  left, now much creamy , thick and slightly pink in your kadhai... Add Sugar (as per taste) , tutty fruity and Dry fruits.... Once the milk goes a lil more pink , thick and creamy... keep it away from gas... it will take almost 45 mins for the procedure..


Let it cool.. Once the rabri is on room temperature in sometime.. Refrigerate it.. For say about 20-25 mins... Now...Mix the mango pulp and the milk.. stir properly.. so that it looks same in colour and texture...


Flood the Rabri wid dry fruits and tutty fruity.... Keep some to garnish before serving...


Ur Yummy Mango Rabri is ready :) :) :)...


Serve the cool dessert after lunch or dinner in this hot hot summers :) ....
