Chocolate Coconut Barfi :)

Friendz...

I am sorry for not posting all these days , actually my internet was not working and hence I was helpless :(  So the weekend surprise Falied for two weeks :(
Chalo.. Let it be... what is gone is gone.. I will be posting everyday to apologise :)

So Friendz... I have few upcoming recipes for you which are very very yummy... Veg Cheese Balls , Chinese Manchurian , Veggie Momos with the spicy dip , Veg Kothey , narali bhatt and few Janmasthami special sweets were also der...

Lets start with the sweets which can be prepared very very quickly as I am late in posting all these :( I am sorry for the delay. But it is all because of the internet not working.


A very simple Chocolate Coconut Barfi... It is yummy... I am sure everyone will like it :) :) :)




Ingredients :

Milk : 1 Kg
Cocoa Powder : 3-4 Teaspoons Full
Sugar : 4-5 Teaspoons Full ( Becoz thick milk turns sweet)
Coconut : 1 small dry coconut (Gola) , Grated

Procedure :

1). Boil milk in a wok until it starts drying up. It is will take 30-40 mins on medium flame , when u keep stirring it.




2). Now , add sugar , grated coconut and cocoa powder , if you want , u can also add melted some chocolate as per your choice.




3). Keep stirring the khoya. 




4).   After sometime you will see that it is turning up into a big lump , getting collected at some corner of the wok/pan , without sticking anywhere else.



5). Remove it from heat , keep it aside for some time. If after cooling it is still sticky, keep it in refrigerator for 5-10 mins to set.




6).  Now , With the help of chakla belan , spread it , cut it in shape as per your choice.


                          Your Barfi is ready for bhog for kanha ji :)



TIP : It is made up of khoya so guys please be careful as khoya is a perishable item. Consume within a week , that too keeping it in fridge.
