Falahari Crispy Aloo.....

Hi Friendz...

Today I have a falahari recipe for you. As the festive season has begun with the sharavan month of the year , so many different fast n festivals will start of now , one after the other. That is why,in-between of all the other recipes you can check for falahari recipes too....

The upcoming falahari recipes would be Aloo Paratha , Aloo Bonda , Dhange , Aloo kuttu roti wid falahri aloo ka jhol , Samak k chawal ( Namkeen) + Number of different falahari kheers and sweets :) :) :) It is yummy.... So now , Even Fast will be fun for all of you :) :) :)

Lets start with todays recipe now ...



Ingredients :
1). Aloo (Potato) : 2-3 Medium Sized ( Cut in long Wedges , See Image)
2). Peanuts : 1 Tablespoon (Roasted)
3). Cumin Seeds : 1Teaspoom
4). Green Chillies : 2 (Chopped)
5). Red Chilly Powder : 1 Teaspoon
6). Salt (Sendha/Plain) as per taste
7). Oil / Desi Ghee : Approx 2 Teaspoons (To fry the aloo zz :) )
Freshly cut Coriander for garnish
Curd to serve with the Crispy Aloo :)



Procedure :

1). Take a Wok/Pan/Kadhai put it on medium flame , add Ghee/Oil.

2). Put cumin seeds when oil/ghee is heated , when cumin seeds splutter , add the peanuts and green chillies.

3). Add the potato wedges and saute for a min.

4). Now , Add salt and red chilly powder.

5). Keep the gas stove on low/medium flame and cover a lid over the wok for next few minutes.

6). When you will open the lid after 5-7 minutes , the wedges will be almost cooked. Check and cover the lid if not cooked fully.

7) Once cooked , open up the lid and increase the flame and now saute till the wedges are crisp :)

You can remove the Crispy Aloo from heat , garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with mast daahi /curd :) Enjoy your fast :)
